What areas do you serve?
We currently provide pickup and delivery in Bedford Heights and surrounding neighborhoods. For areas outside our standard zone, a $10 gas surcharge applies. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, simply reach out and we’ll confirm for you.
Do you offer dry cleaning or handle delicate fabrics?
No, we do not offer dry cleaning and we do not handle delicate fabrics such as silk or garments labeled “Dry Clean Only.” Our focus is on wash, dry, and fold laundry services with safe, eco-friendly cleaning for everyday clothes and linens.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We only use plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents that are gentle on skin and environmentally friendly. Customers can choose between a Lavender scent or Fragrance-Free option. We never use harsh chemicals or bleach unless specifically requested for certain whites.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Most orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours after pickup. If you need your laundry faster, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
